What is a “monthly lead budget” and how does it work?
We keep it simple for you to stay within your monthly lead budget. In the final step of your registration process, you will be asked to select a monthly lead budget. We’ll then keep track of where you are daily. Once your lead budget has been met, you will be notified. At this point you have a choice. Either way your ad will continue to generate leads. But you can choose to: |
- Increase your lead budget and continue to pay just $16.95 per lead, or
- Log-in to your account and purchase additional leads individually, at the rate of $22.95 each.

What is your qualified lead guarantee?
We will refund your credit card for any lead that doesn’t meet the following criteria: |
- If your lead doesn’t match the specific criteria which you have requested for minimum capital to invest, and market location; or
- If you are not able to make contact with your lead due to inaccurate contact information within 10 days.

| We also promise to never send a “repurposed”, “cross-over”, or “duplicate” lead. Your leads are your leads and only your leads. |

How do I request a refund?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a lead, simply log-in to your account within 10 days and complete a short refund request form. You will be notified once the request has been processed. |

How do I receive leads?
Your leads will be added to your personal online account, and will be emailed to you immediately after we receive the request for information about your company from our visitor, and it has been reviewed for quality. The email address you use to register online is the address leads will be sent to. |

Can I register over the phone?
We prefer that registration take place online, however, we are happy to walk you through the process. Give us a call or email if you have any questions. |

Can I request that you create my ad for me?
Sure. If you are having trouble, you can request that we create your ad for you. Please just prepare any specific information you want posted. Then email to service@happilyhomebased.com. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to complete. |
